PT Duta Graha Sarana - Telkom Property was established on 30 September 1981, to provide Office Building, Maintenance Services and Building Maintenance Bank Duta. In line with the company's business development, the company then developed a portfolio into the field of Construction Services and is believed to build multiple branches of Bank Duta and Bukopin and a campus building at Jalan Salemba YAI, Jakarta. On 25 April 2001, ownership of the Company was taken over entirely by the PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom), Tbk. to manage office buildings and property assets, previously managed by the Property Division of Telkom. Under the control of PT Telkom, Tbk., The Company continues to develop into an integrated property company (integrated property development) and now has a portfolio of three businesses:

• Property Services include Building Management, Partial Property Services, Office Space Leasing, Space & Security Management and Occupancy Management.
• Such as the Project Management Office Fit Out & Interiors, Building Renovation and Construction
• Property Development & Investment for Office Buildings, Residential Estates and Technical Building

• Have KTA Diksar (1)
• Willing to be placed in Ridar area
• Well-behaved
