PT. Indoferro appointed China National Machinery Imp. & Exp. Corp. (CMC) as the main contractor for Engineering, Procurement & Commissioning for the complete set of 450 M3 Blast Furnace. CMC is one of the forerunner & largest state-owned enterprise engaged in imports & exports of machinery products; CMC is well-resourced in China & has years of experience handling international project in various industry i.e. cement, steel, chemicals, mining,etc. CMC is working together with Ma An Shan Iron & Steel (Construction & Maintenance Division) for the erection, installation, & commissioning of the project, which is responsible for the construction of all the blast furnaces within Ma An Shan Iron & Steel Co. with production capacity of 16 million ton p.a. today; the latest project undertaken: the construction of 2 x 4000 M3 Blast Furnace completed in 2006 & 2007, respectively.

- Male, minimum SMK graduates from Agricultural / farm
- Senior high school graduates or equivalent, but understand how to grow plants
- Fresh graduate or experience in planting min. 1 year
- Communicative, active, quick, and responsive
- Can work individually or in teams
- Placement in the Cilegon
