Info 383 Formasi CPNS Umum

Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Palembang mengajukan 383 formasi CPNS umum ke pemerintah pusat.  

Menurut Kepala Dinas Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Palembang Agus Kelana, untuk pengajuan ini belum ada  jawaban dari Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi.

“Formasi yang diajukan untuk mengisi kekosongan di bidang teknis, kesehatan dan pendidikan (guru),” jelas Agus, kemarin. 

Hanya saja, peluang untuk membuka penerimaan CPNS dari pelamar umum sangat kecil. Pasalnya, pemkot terbentur karena belanja pegawai (belanja tidak langsung) dalam APBD masih di atas 50 persen, melebihi belanja langsung.

“Aturannya, daerah dapat menerima CPNS jika belanja pegawai lebih rendah dibandingkan belanja langsung,” ucapnya. Belum lagi, jumlah honorer kategori II di lingkup Pemkot Palembang masih di atas 1.000 orang. 

Dikatakan Agus, pihaknya tetap berupaya dengan mengajukan usulan penerimaan CPNS itu karena moratorium telah dicabut. 

“Selain itu, jumlah PNS selama tiga tahun ini akan berkurang sekitar 1.500 orang. Ada yang pensiun, meninggal dunia dan mutasi. Karena itu, kita berharap celah ini diperbolehkan membuka penerimaan CPNS dari pelamar umum pada tahun ini,” tukasnya.

Untuk penerimaan CPNS dari tenaga honorer kategori II, lanjut Agus, bagi yang sudah dinyatakan lulus seleksi ada 1.665 orang. Mereka masih menunggu uji publik hingga 4 April mendatang. 

“Kalau tidak ada sanggahan, maka nama-nama yang lulus seleksi administrasi ini akan kami kirim ke Menpan,” imbuhnya.

Ujian tertulisnya akan dilakukan akhir Juni atau awal Juli mendatang. “Ada dua tahap tes yakni tes kemampuan dasar dan tes kemampuan bidang. Soalnya, dibuat oleh 10 konsorsium perguruan tinggi negeri seperti UGM, UI, IPB, ITB dan lainnya,”tukasnya.

Diketahui, 1.665 tenaga honorer yang lulus seleksi tersebut terdiri dari guru SD dan madrasah ibtidaiyah 504 orang dan SMP/MTs 137 orang. Sedangkan SMA 29 orang, SMK 29 orang dan guru TK enam honorer.

Dari unsur perawat 44 orang, bidan 11 orang, pranata laboratorium delapan orang dan penyuluh kesehatan masyarakat tiga orang, serta administrasi kesehatan sembilan orang. 

Selanjutnya, sanitarian enam orang, perawat gigi enam orang, nutrisionis dan radiografer masing-masing seorang serta arsiparis 11 honorer. Selain itu, pranata komputer 119 orang, pustakawan sembilan orang dan 707 honorer lainnya. (yun/ce2)
