Junior Ticketing
Requirements:

• Male / Female, graduated from SMIP/ SMK Tourism, Diploma Tourism, Bachelor Degree majoring in travel & tourism from reputable academic / university
• With minimum 1 years experience or at least had job training(s) in tour and travel agent
• Ability to use Abacus reservation system
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in oral and written English and have leadership
• Qualified in reservation and issuing ticket for domestic and international.
• Capable of serving request for Hotel Vouchers, Domestic & International Travel Packages and Travel Documents.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive mind, able to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills, ability to work in team based environment as well as individual contributor

Incentive Staff
Requirements:

• Male / Female, max. 27 years old
• Graduated from SMIP/ SMK Tourism, Diploma Tourism, Bachelor Degree majoring in travel & tourism from reputable academic / university
• Having min 2 years experience as Operation Staff in the same field and industry
• Having knowledge aboutoperation in MICE
• Fluent in English(both oral and written)
• Able to work under pressure as will as own service excellent skills

Operation Staff
Requirements:

• Male / Female, max. 27 years old
• Graduated from SMIP/ SMK Tourism, Diploma Tourism, Bachelor Degree majoring in travel & tourism from reputable academic / university
• Having min 2 years experience as Operation Staff in the same field and industry
• Having knowledge aboutoperation in MICE
• Fluent in English(both oral and written)
• Able to work under pressure as will as own service excellent skills
