PT Marsio Neo Classic Portraiture started an outdoor engagement portraiture trend when he began combining his love of landscape photography with couple portraiture, creating breathtaking romantic images. He surprised many of his peers who advised that no couple in their right minds would shoot prewedding portraiture in the tropical heat (Indonesia). He stuck to what he believed and for a decade popularized outdoor photography such that it became the norm for engagement photos. Till today, he loves shooting in film just as much as digital and regrets that technology in photography has taken away many enjoyable challenges in the process of learning photo techniques.

Photo Editor
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SMU, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in MENTENG.
• Full-Time and FREELANCE position(s) available.
• MUST BE proficient in using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effect, Ms. Office

Photographer
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SMU, any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full-Time and FREELANCE position(s) available.
• Male or Female.
• Have general knowledge and interest in WEDDING especially and other event
• Excellent knowledge in techniques of photography and has a good sense of news photograph (ability in writing).
• Proactive, fast learner and challenger.
• Good personality, creative, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment.
• Preferably have own vehicle with a valid license is a plus.

Videographer
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SMU/DIPLOMA, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full-Time and FREELANCE position(s) available.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working on camera/ editing software
• Must be familiar in video editing software (Sony Vegas, Premiere, FCP)
• Must be comfortable using a DSLR camera
• Must be able to shoot and edit video with confidence quickly and efficiently
• Ability to use After Effects combined with Final Cut and Soundtrack to create engaging video on a large scale
• Experience with setting up lighting in a studio environment a plus.​
• Team oriented.
