Quality Control (QC)
Position Requirements
• Male, min. 22 years old
• Willing to be placed in Parung-Bogor region
• Min. holding Diploma degree
• Havinng at least 2 years experiences in the same field
• Can read 'gambar kerja' is preferable
• Honest, creative, and ready to work under pressure
• Diligent, proactive and willing to learn new things
• Team Player
Project Manager
Position Requirements
• Male, max 3 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil ENgineering from reputable university
• Experince min 5 years in the same field in construction
• Excellernt managerial & leadership with strong interpersonal & intercultural skill
• Hard worker, hight motivated, able to work in complex problem projects.
• Excellent in English, both speaking and writing
• Mature, charismatic, self confident, team work player, accurate, high energy, and high responsibility
• Willing to be alocated at project sites anywhere within Indonesia
Position Responsibilities
• Defining the project objective and developing a plan to accomplish it
• Identifying and securing necessary resoures, both personnel and financial
• Managing the team members, including determining the task that must be accomplished, assigning and delegating it to the team member,and motivating them to work together on the project
• Tracking progresson the proect and make sure it suitable with the planned progress
• Report to the director for the on going project and its progress
Project Secretary
Position Requirements
• At least Diploma majoring in Secretarial
• Female, max. age 35 years old
• Having minimum 2 years experience in the same field
• Possess the ability to manage project with strong motivation and interpersonal skill
• Have a strong attention to details
• Proficiency in English boh oral and written
Position Responsibilities
• Provide full secretarial and administration support to the project team and department
• Take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the operations and project team, include the progress of the project
• Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management
• Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recordinng and tracking of all documents for the project team and department
• Coordinate travel arrangement inclusive of air-ticket, hotel accomodation, visa arrangements, claims etc
• Assist to check and verify staff claims and invoices for project team
Admin Staff
Position Requirements
• Female, max age 30 years old
• Min Diploma Degree in any major from reputable university
• Having experience in the same field would be an advantage, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Fluency in computer literacy is a must
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work independently with minimal supervisionn
• Able to work under pressure and working overtime if necessary
• Result oriented
Puchasing Staff
Position Requirements
• Male/Female, max. 35 years old
• Min. diploma degree from any major
• Computer literate
• Having experience in the same field would be an advantage
• Organized, throrough, and have orientation to details
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
Position Responsibilities
• Making purchase order (PO), sending it to vendor, and follow up until the end of transaction
• Make monthly report for purchasing activity and report it to the supervisor
• Contributing to overall management of the purchasing activity and its department
