Purchasing clerk (Cashier)
Responsibilities:
Over View of the Role :
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
- Develop/Change and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
- Prepare bid awards requiring approval.
- Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs.
- Administer on-line purchasing systems.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Admin, Organization, Good communacation skills.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Purchasing or Inventory Control.
