NuQu Living Design was created in 2004 by founder Reg Worthington as a vehicle for interior design, product design, sourcing and development projects in Bali, Indonesia. We have since evolved into a Lighting Design company specializing in LED and low energy lighting systems. The company continues to work on design projects and our own developments, however the Lighting Design is currently the core business and has grown exponentially since it's inception in 2006. We are currently handling projects as far away as the Bahamas and will be expanding our national operations this year to include operations in Java and other regions in Indonesia.

Purchasing clerk (Cashier)
Responsibilities:
Over View of the Role :
  • Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
  • Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
  • Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
  • Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
  • Develop/Change and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
  • Prepare bid awards requiring approval.
  • Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs.
  • Administer on-line purchasing systems.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Admin, Organization, Good communacation skills.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Purchasing or Inventory Control.
