PT. Trikarya Kencana Makmoer that worked in "Manpower Management Contract", had proven experiences in managing employee in several companies that today still used Labour Supply (Outsourcing). Among other things the biggest company at Manufacturing and Offshore/Onshore Oilfield/Gas.
We Used two(2) Systems, that is:

1. Only as a recruitment service until a placing and returning.
2. The employee where outsourcing with the management to us.

Fitter
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SMU, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in tuban.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Erector for Steel Structure
Requirements:

Welder
Requirements:
