We manufacture a wide range of Rigid PVC Films for meeting the diverse requirements of many industries, such as food and beverage, pharmaceutical, etc. Our products are fabricated to deliver excellent performance while providing unequalled durability and cost-effectiveness.
We are located at a modern industrial complex with a healthy and fresh working environment in Ngoro-Mojokerto, East Java, Indonesia.
We are now seeking for the potential candidates to fill in the following position as:
QA/QC MANAGER
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Material Science, Industrial, or Manufacturing) with minimum GPA 3.0.
Experience in PVC/polymer industry would be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing within a large or medium-size companies
At least 2 years experience as a QC Manager at a manufacturing company (with ISO certification is preferred).
Must have a solid understanding of ISO9001
Must be able to establish, document, update and track quality metrics, preferably through the use of statistical process controls such as CPK, DOE, SPC, etc.
Able to analyze and improve QC processes and procedures
Good Visual Inspection techniques
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Fluent in English both written and communication.
