Supervisory Level Talents
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SMK, Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petitenget,Kerobokan.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Good local and sound English language skills.
• Ability to read and write.
• Able to handle physically demanding workload.
• Basic knowledge of beverage, wine, cocktails, spirits, liquors, whiskey.
• Mastery in sequence of service.
• Good in guest relations. Positive approach to customer service.
• Highself-confidence.
• Able to communicate professional with colleagues, management level and guests.
• Able to handle 16 seats in a working shift. Well organized.
• Care for family, home and friend.
• Young, dynamic, sociable, detail oriented, self confident, creativity, tasteful, commitment.
• Good interpersonal skills required. Interacts with both colleagues and guest.
