Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SMK, Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petitenget,Kerobokan.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Good local and sound English language skills.
- Ability to read and write.
- Able to handle physically demanding workload.
- Basic knowledge of beverage, wine, cocktails, spirits, liquors, whiskey.
- Mastery in sequence of service.
- Good in guest relations. Positive approach to customer service.
- Highself-confidence.
- Able to communicate professional with colleagues, management level and guests.
- Able to handle 16 seats in a working shift. Well organized.
- Care for family, home and friend.
- Young, dynamic, sociable, detail oriented, self confident, creativity, tasteful, commitment.
- Good interpersonal skills required. Interacts with both colleagues and guest.
