Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial to support Sales Team
Able to handle administrative and secretarial matters work processing and managing systematic filling system
Manage secretarial works such as: typing, translation, compile data, correspondence and report drafting skill
Organize schedule appointment, meeting, event, conferences, exhibitions, open days, and travel arrangement
Prospecting new customers, preparing introductions, contacting customers and providing general pre-sales consultancy
Qualification:
Female, D3/S1 Degree from Secretary
Preferred Min. 2 years experience in PA
Having excellent correspondence and administration skill
Good personality and interpersonal skill to gain the trust and confidence of different people.
Able to work with deadlines
Skill and desire to find the solutions/answer
Service oriented, flexible, willing to do many and various things
Ambitious, and ambitious result oriented – a person with interest in details and accuracy
Having computer skill (MS Office : Word, excel, and power point)
