Training Manager (Kode : TM)
Jawa Tengah - Kebumen
Responsibilities:
Develop and regularly update training policies and procedures
Conduct TNA, develop training materials based on the needs, and deliver training
Ensure that all employees are provided with required skills and knowledge for their job
Conduct training evaluations based on the agreed standard
Prepare and maintain training budget
Liaise with external training provider for special training
Develop motivational program for employees
Develop internal communication media for employees
Requirements:
Min. S1 from any discipline
4 or more years relevant experiences; candidate from banking, insurance, multi finance, or microfinance industry is more preferred
Fluent in written and spoken English
Demonstrate good records of developing and delivering training
Excellent computer skill
Willing to be relocated in Kebumen – Central Java
