Specialist – Project Management Office Service Management

Syarat Lowongan Kerja PT XL Axiata Tbk 2013 :
Project Charter & Project Timeline (activity, timeline, critical milestone, PIC)
Lead the coordination meeting, generate clear MOM, and follow up the update
Prepare a good report (according to who will read the report)
Design and prepare the reporting tools to tracked and monitored the progress
Control the quality of the deliverable in each milestone and follow up the project pending items to related PIC. And, review the delivered impact per each project.
Requirements:
Min 5 years experience project management in multinational company, recommended if in telco industry
Bachelor degree (S1) from IT/computer or telecommunication background, Master degree (S2) from management background (is a plus)
Excellent in communication skills
Excellentin prepare project report (including making a presentation slide)
Understand the network technical (is a plus)
Good in English writing
Project Management
Leadership and integrity
Ability to go down into very detail tasks
Organized and work in fast tempo
