Syarat Lowongan Kerja 2013 :
Graduated from reputable university, preferably with MBA/ Master's degree in Finance
Min 5-6 years in similar role and having preferably 3 years of experience in Investment banking/ Corporate Finance/Investment/ Financial Advisory
Exposure in various M&A deals and proven track record in executing M&A deals
Strong structuring, analytical and financial modeling skills
Good command of English is a must, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
Good presentation and negotiation skills is a must
