Production Leader
Requirements:

• SMA / SMK in any discipline
• Able to communicate in English both spoken and written
• Able to speak Japanese or Mandarin is an advantage
• Can operate computer minimum Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Power Point
• Have a strong interpersonal skill, resilience with under pressure, good communication skill and hard working
• Willingness to follow recruitment selection and working based selection in Batam Island

Technician
Requirements:

• SMK majoring in Electronic/Electric/Machine
• Able to communicate in English both spoken and written
• Able to speak Japanese or Mandarin is an advantage
• Can operate computer minimum Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Power Point
• Have a strong interpersonal skill, resilience with under pressure, good communication skill and hard working
• Willingness to follow recruitment selection and working based selection in Batam Island

Debug Engineer
Requirements:

• Diploma/University with majoring in Electronic Engineering or IT
• SMK with experience in PCBA troubleshooting
• Able to communicate in English both spoken and written
• Able to speak Japanese or Mandarin is an advantage
• Can operate computer minimum Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Power Point
• Have a strong interpersonal skill, good communication skill and hard working
• Willingness to follow recruitment selection and working based selection in Batam Island

Tooling Engineer - Technician
Requirements:

• Minimum SMK education background
• Having experience in Metal Stamping
• Able to operate Tool room machines (milling, grinding etc)
• Toolings die troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Willingness to follow recruitment selection and working based selection in Batam Island

Asst. Supervisor Trainer
Requirements:

• SMA / D3 or fresh graduated with majoring related to the position is welcome
• Able to perform soldering
• Experience at PCB assy or electronic component min 1 year
• Can operate computer minimum Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Power Point
• Have a strong interpersonal skill, resilience with under pressure, good communication skill and hard working
• Willingness to follow recruitment selection and working based selection in Batam Island
