Currently to distribute its service through out Indonesia, MSV is using its owned satellite named IndostarII that was launched on May 2009. Broadcast on S-band frequency, this satellite equipped with latest broadcast transmission technology. Indovision is a pioneer in subscription television service by operating Direct to Home (DTH) or satellite broadcasting system directly to the subscribers home. Indovision utilizes the S-Band frequency satellite that is reputable for its stability of operation to withstand any weather even the worst climate condition, which makes it very suitable for a tropical country with heavy rainy season like Indonesia. Indovision has more than 60 channels being offered to subscribers which include 10 channels of TV Terrestrial (Free to Air TV), targeting at the AB SES market segment. In implementing the marketing strategy, Indovision offers its subscribers the freedom to choose from its various attractive broadcasting packages that are being offered at different price range.
