Responsibilities:
- You will report to the Outlet Supervisor and Top Management.
- You will be required to perform highly effective product and treatment consultation.
- You will be required to perform sales of products of treatments
- You will be required to perform treatments.
- You will be required to work together with the medical personnel.
- You will be required to carry tasks as instructed by the company.
- You will be required to go through trainings that are essential to perform your jobs.
- You will be required to assist marketing plans.
- You will be required to provide the best customer service.
- You will be required to resolve issues with the customers.
- You will be required to maintain the cleanliness and well-being of the company assets.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SMA, Diploma, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales and Promotion or aesthetic products and treatments
- Female, max 30 years old, Good Looking, Good Smile, Good Skin and Good Figure.
- Experience working in a beauty clinics.
- Excellent knowledge in skincare, cosmetic, medical, pharmacy.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Fast learner, always eager to learn more.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate in Bahasa and English.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Target oriented
- Good work ethic, honest.
- A self-motivator, demonstrate I-CAN-DO-IT personality.
