Workshop Reception
Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities:

• Receiving Customer in workshop and follow up the needs of Customer related to service unit.
• Make Order sheet to workshop and follow up progress of service unit
• Handling Customer complain and make report to Branch manager regarding to Workshop Improvement

Requirements:

• Female, age 20-26 yeras old
• Minimum senior high school/Diploma in administration
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Having knowledge in computer (MS Office) and able to make report in English version.
• Good communication skill and able to handle customer complain.

Field Service
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:

• Handle complaints and offer solution to customer outside of workshop area
• Assist and support costumer related to automotive / mechanical trouble
• Conduct routine visit to customer and maintain relationship
• Contribute in achieving workshop target
• Conduct technical training to customer

Requirements:

• Male, age 25-30 years old
• Minimum senior high school/Diploma in mechanical/automotive engineering
• Preferably having experience in heavy truck or heavy equipment industry
• Able to assist and support costumer related to automotive / mechanical trouble
• Will be located in Balikpapan
