Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:
- Price Maintainance
- Order Management(Including sample) from customer inquiry to order fulfillment till sales recognition(Billing)
- Act as buyer to import FG from Allied companies including purchasing, shipment tracking
- Rolling Forecast to allied companies
- Cutomer Complaint handling
- Operation KPI tracking
- Customer support on inquiry & documents etc.
- Office Admin job
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years working experiences, preferably with customer service, purchasing, supply chain and operations management
- A graduate in business management related
- Must possessgood analytical and presentation skills
- Must possess strong organizational skills to plan and organize own and others’ work and meet strict deadlines.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills tocommunicate with team member and deal with conflict effectively
- Must be good at team work
- Must possess using ERP system
- Must possess good skills using MS-Office, especially Excel
- Fluent in English
- Understand financials and total cost of ownership concepts
