Mechanical Electrical Technician (Code : ME)
Bekasi, Jakarta, Tangerang
Responsibilities:

• Maintaining all building / residential equipments by schedule
• Checking mechanical electrical equipments
• Implementing preventive and corrective activities

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess SMK or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Having experience as mechanical electrical staff / building technician in Property Management of Mall / Shopping Center / Real Estate / Apartment.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Building / Residential Maintenance or equivalent

Cashier Finance - Developer
Mangga Dua, Jakarta
Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and reporting daily cashflow
• Monitoring daily bank account balance
• Controlling pettycash
• Inputing and filing voucher or invoice from related department or consumers
• Reporting to Supervisor

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SMK or Diploma’s Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking study program from reputable Universities
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Computer literate (MS Office, specifically in Excel and Word)
• Age between 17 to 24 years old
