Responsibilities:
- Maintaining all building equipments by schedule
- Checking mechanical electrical equipments
- Implementing preventive and corrective activities
- Directly report to Mechanical Electrical Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a SMU or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Having experience as mechanical electrical staff / building technician in Property Management of Mall / Shopping Center / Real Estate / Apartment.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Building Maintenance or equivalent.
- Age between 20 to 35 years old.
