Bar Captain
Jakarta - Pacific Place Mall
Responsibilities:
One of the main responsibility is to ensure that all beverages are being served in a professional and responsible manner. The goal is to ensure all customers are satisfied. A Bar Captain is also responsible to train the staffs according to the standards set forth by the establishment. This requires one-on-one training to ensure employees are well-versed in cocktail recipes and bar procedures. A Bar Captain may be required to review the bar inventory. This duty is commonly performed on a weekly basis. Inventory reports are typically sent to the manager for review.
- A Bar Captain should have a broad knowledge of various spirits, including wines, beer, liquors, and food, as applicable.
Requirements:
- Mixology skill would be an advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants are willing to be located at Pacific Place Mall, South Jakarta
- Applicants are willing to work overtime if required.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
