Requirements:
- Minimal 1 year call handling or relevant work experience
- Customer Service Oriented and able to communicate effectively with customers ( verbal & written).
- Having good analytical problem solving skills
- Follow up and monitoring the customer’s issues until resolved.
- Update any progress in Log Book.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both oral and written
- Strongly demonstrated Internet navigation skills
- Having pleasant personality with smiling voice would be considerable
