Front Desk Executive (FDE)
Responsibilities:
- Provide front line support for center
- Handle phone and walk-in enquiries and actively follow up on enquiries to obtain face to face appointments
- Perform administrative duties including invoicing and reporting sales results on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Maintain strong customer contact to ensure customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain a high standard of knowledge and skills with regards to the company products and services
- Maintain a high level of the image of the brand
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Min Senior High School (SMU)
- Some experience in front desk or reception of service industry
- Able to speak and write fluent English and Indonesia
- Responsible and self motivated
- Customer service focused
- Computer literate
