Restaurant Cashier
Bali - Banjar Batu Belig, Kerobokan, Kuta Utara, Badung
Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu and drink prices in outlets and manual systems and procedures.
- Be familiar with table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation
- Set up and organize work station with designated supplies, forms and resource materials and maintain cleanliness at all times.
- Courteously acknowledge all guests arriving/departing the outlet, however busy and whatever time of the day.
- Process all payment methods in accordance with accounting procedures and policies.
- Settle all checks opened under own ID. Settle all servers checks before leaving, report open checks to outlet supervisor/manager.
- Legibly complete designated cashier reports and distribute in accordance with accounting procedures.
- Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
- Complete other duties that may be assigned by the Income Auditor and the Assistant Chief Accountant.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU or Diploma in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): VHP, POWERPRO, MYOH.
- Preferred skill(s): Good Speaking in English.
- Required language(s): English, French
- Preferred language(s): Italian, German
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Cashier or Supervisor/Team Lead.
